BIOGRAPHY

CEO of Moral Minds, female rapper, and songwriter Sarah Appleb was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. From a young age, she displayed a natural passion for music—whether it was playing the trumpet in her middle school band or creating beats on FL Studio 8. Combining her ability to read music with her creative instincts helped her develop a strong ear for production and songwriting early on.

In 2011, Sarah experienced her first professional studio session, and from that moment forward, her passion evolved into a serious pursuit. By March 2012, she released her first mixtape, “It’s Only Expensive If You Can’t Afford It,” hosted by Mr. Chevy and distributed through DatPiff and SoundCloud. She independently promoted the project through physical copies, live performances, and YouTube visuals—laying the groundwork for her hands-on, self-driven approach to her career.

In June 2014, she teamed up with fellow female rapper Kitty Kash to release the joint project “I Said It” under the duo Beautiful Bosses Inc., further establishing her presence in the independent music scene.

Since 2016, Sarah Appleb has remained consistent in her artistry, releasing a steady stream of projects and singles. Her catalog includes the collaborative EP “Chemistry” with her main producer Big He, “Beauty & The Streets,” and her R&B project “Affirmations for Love,” which marked her first time fully stepping into singing and exploring a more melodic sound.

Beyond traditional releases, Sarah created her “I Go Weekly Treat” YouTube series—an ambitious run where she records songs from home, gets them professionally mixed, and shoots and releases visuals all within the same week, often sustaining this pace for 7–8 consecutive weeks. This series highlights her work ethic, creativity, and ability to execute under pressure.

Expanding her brand beyond music, Sarah Appleb is also the co-founder of Pour Sport Clothing, a premium streetwear brand built on quality, art, and exclusivity. With a unique drop model of only 50 pieces per release, the brand emphasizes scarcity and craftsmanship, offering sizes ranging from S to 3X. Pour Sport represents more than clothing—it’s a lifestyle rooted in the motto: “pouring love, sweat, and tears into everything we do.”

Bringing her music and fashion worlds together, Sarah released her latest project, “Pour Sport: Members Only,” on April 7, 2026, available on her official website and all digital streaming platforms. The project features 9 tracks with 6 collaborations, with production led by Young Shotta (except Track 1, “Black Kiss,” co-produced by Sarah Appleb and Young Shotta) and mixing/mastering by Big He (with “Falling Angel” mixed by Matt Barren).

Each track on “Pour Sport: Members Only” is directly inspired by and named after exclusive Pour Sport t-shirt and hoodie drops, creating a seamless fusion between her music and fashion brand. The project serves as both a soundtrack and a visual extension of the clothing line, where every song represents a piece of wearable art—bridging storytelling, design, and culture into one cohesive experience.

With a relentless independent grind, a distinct creative vision, and a powerful blend of music and fashion, Sarah Appleb continues to carve her own lane—building not just a brand, but a movement.
