Every now and then artist I feel artist have to fall back, reflect, and recognize everything that's been going on in our lives.  At times the spotlight and public's eye can be a bit overwhelming for me, especially when things are of out of place on the personal end.  The upside of taking that break is it makes for better music and more subject matter.  When I make music I do it for myself and those who can relate.  It's an audio diary to my life.  I relieve tension when I'm creating. Life is full of ups and downs; when I'm down I write and record to get back up.  I take everything in and use it's as fuel to touch more hearts and souls with my music.
